For the best pet photo, follow these three simple tips.

Resolution of Photo

Send me a high resolution close up of your pet. A low resolution photo won't provide the details needed to bring the painting to life.

Pet Pose

When taking a photo of your pet, try having a friend hold a treat at the pet's eye level or slightly higher while you snap the photo.

Lighting and Composition

Take your photo outside in a shaded area. Be sure your subject is not back lit or in direct sunlight. When you send your photo, please tell me about your pet's personality & physical characteristics, including eye and coat color. Also tell me about you, your favorite colors and style.
